Waste of money

This book is only some 70 pages long with huge margins on either side of the large text on each page. This tells you that the book is a quick read that gives only the barest generalisation of the conflict. It lacks any meaningful analysis other than concluding that the war was not about race and that Rhodesia was sold down the river by Western politicians. None of these revalations are new and have been covered in much more detail in other books on the subject. People interested in this conflict will find this book very fluffy as it meanders along without really getting to grips with anything in the end. It's disappointing so don't waste your money unless you know nothing about this conflict.
