Love it but watch out for sizing...

I treated myself to this book and I just love it, the clothes are simple yet stylish and beautifully wearable. I have made one of the tunics and it was so easy to construct and looks fabulous - just like the pictures. Copying the patterns is slightly tedious but only really has to be done once and is simple enough. The only downside I have found is that the sizes are quite small, I wear a UK size 12-14 but according to my actual measurements on the chart provided I am an XL which is the biggest pattern size in the book, so if you are a larger lady it might not be such a good buy.

Great buy!

Great book so pleased I bought it. Everything is very easy and very flatteting. Takes a bit of time to trace out the patterns but once done youve got them to use again and again..and im sure I will. So far ive made a tunic top, a tote bag and a cross body bag. Im a 16-18 and had to use the largest pattern but would be easy to size up...love this book!

I cannot wait to get started on making things from this book. A blog I read made some tops using these patterns & they are just so me.Nice images with lots of inspiration for different options for using the patterns in many ways. Nice accessories to make as well.Have been advised that some of the patterns can come up a tad skimpy so I shall make muslins & measure twice , cut once.....Looking forward to it.
