Nothing short of excellent

This book steps in the footprints of the 'C Primer Plus' and is equally good. It takes the reader from the basics through to advanced OOP concepts, always explainin matters in an understandable and readable style. This book is all you need to learn the C++ language. It helps to know C before attempting C++, but using this book you can quite easily pick up the C++ language with no previous programming experience.Overall an excellent book. The source code is at the same high standard as the content of the book - there were no annoying typographical errors that I found.
